We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your payment.

4. Order Tracking

5. Delivery Issues

If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier will usually try again.

Please ensure your address, phone number, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays.

YbGoo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier issues, or natural events.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel is damaged or tampered with, please record a full parcel opening video before unboxing.

Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your video proof.

Without a proper video, we cannot process any return or replacement.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship only within India.
