1. Eligibility for Return

A return or exchange will be accepted only under the following conditions:

Parcel Opening Video:
The customer must record a clear parcel opening video from the start (before opening the package) until the product is fully shown.

This video is mandatory for any return or replacement request.

Wrong Product Received:
If you receive a different product, such as the wrong model, color, or item, you are eligible for a return or replacement.

Wrong Size Delivered:
If the size delivered is different from what was ordered, a replacement will be arranged.

Damaged or Defective Product:
If the product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery, you may request an exchange with valid proof (video required).

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

No proper parcel opening video provided.

Damage caused by the customer’s mishandling or use.

Change of mind, wrong product selection, or fit issues.

Product used, washed, or altered in any way after delivery.

3. Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

Record a full unboxing video while opening your parcel.

Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

Provide your order ID, issue details, and the unboxing video.

Once verified, our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

4. Refund Policy

No refund policy: We do not provide cash or bank refunds under any circumstances.

Only exchange or replacement is available for eligible cases.

Refunds will only be processed if:

A duplicate payment was made.

The product is unavailable or order canceled by YbGoo.

Any approved refund (in special cases) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Return Shipping

In case of a valid return, the customer may be required to ship the product back to our return address.

Return shipping cost will be communicated by our team depending on the case.
