2. 100% Prepaid Orders

All orders on YbGoo are fully prepaid.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service at this time.

Orders will only be processed after full payment confirmation.

3. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details.

If you don’t receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team with your payment proof.

4. Failed or Pending Payments

In case of a failed transaction, please wait for the payment to be automatically refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days.

Do not place a new order until the payment status is confirmed.

YbGoo is not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway or bank.

5. Fraud Prevention

Any suspicious or fraudulent transactions may result in order cancellation.

YbGoo reserves the right to verify customer identity before processing suspicious orders.

6. Refunds or Cancellations

We do not provide refunds once the order is confirmed and shipped.

Refunds are issued only in special cases such as duplicate payment or order cancellation due to stock unavailability.
